Eric Clapton told Rolling Stone that he plans to stop touring when he turns 70.  The legendary guitarist is 67 and will perform at the Time Warner Cable Arena on April 2nd.

In the interview, Clapton says that he still loves to play.  But, the traveling is the part that is getting to be a bit much.  He explains:

"The bit onstage, that's easy.  If I could do that around my neighborhood, that would be great. You have guys in Texas that play their circuit, and it keeps them alive. But for me, the struggle is the travel."

While on tour, Clapton has the same issues with traveling as most people.  He's bothered by security at airports, "I never get it right. I forget to take off my belt, or I have change in my pocket."
