Officer Samuel Rawls demonstrated great initiative and determination in connecting four organized retail theft cases. His hard work led to the arrest of a suspect who had stolen more than 6 thousand dollars worth of goods. Officer Rawls obtained warrants and coordinated the apprehension efforts, all while simultaneously working on several unrelated investigations.
