Lending Tree Donates $1 Million to Local COVID-19 Relief Fund

LendingTree is donating $1 million to a community-wide fund to assist those affected by the COVID-19 crisis. The City of Charlotte is matching the $1 million gift with $1 million in public-sector support.

Foundation For The Carolinas and United Way of Central Carolinas are launching the COVID-19 Response Fund to support a range of organizations assisting members of the community, particularly those most vulnerable.

You can make a donation now to help with the increased needs of a tightening local economy, workers who are asked to stay home, school cancellations causing disruption and those without insurance who are facing additional challenges getting the care they need.

“It’s important we act now, because we do not yet know the full impact of the coronavirus pandemic. The COVID-19 Response Fund will allow our community to aid those organizations responding to unforeseen challenges, from human services to healthcare to economic assistance and more. LendingTree is committed to assisting this community through this difficult time.”
