Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans know there's been major drama between Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian over the past few seasons. The long running feud between the sisters culminated with Kourtney announcing she'd be leaving the show in the upcoming 19th season. Few other details about her departure were released, however, she appears in a short teaser for the new season, which shows a violent altercation between Kim and Kourtney.
While promoting KKW Fragrance Diamond collection with her sisters back in November, Kourtney told Entertainment Tonight she'd be significantly reducing her filming for KUWTK's upcoming 19th season. "I just decided to spend more time as a mom and put more of my energy there,"she said at the time. "But I'm not saying goodbye. I think you'll have to see more of it on the new season."
Shortly after Kourtney's shocking announcement, Khloe hinted that her decision may be temporary. "We definitely love Kourtney and we'll miss Kourtney and whatever she decides to do, but people come, people go all the time in this family," Khloe said. "I feel like it's a revolving door, so Kourtney might leave this week, [but] she'll be back. They all come back."
Despite all the drama in recent seasons, it seems Kourtney has been convinced to return to the reality show that made her and her sisters household names. During an appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show, Kris Jenner confirmed Kourtney has decided to continue filming for Keeping Up With The Kardashians after a brief hiatus.
"You know how we all hit a tipping point, and she hit a wall," Kris told Ellen. "She was frustrated and she felt under-appreciated and her sisters didn't appreciate her boundaries, so I think after taking a little bit of time off, she's seen the light."
We'll just have to tune in and see how everything plays out when Keeping Up With The Kardashians returns for season 19 on E! later this year.
