A married Minnesota mother of two admitted to having sex with two underage boys at the same time during a "staycation" at a hotel.

Allison Schardin, 39, of Blaine, pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal sexual conduct, changing her previous not guilty plea, which she made in May, in relation to the incident that took place on January 14, CBS News reports. Schardin was on a "staycation" with her family at the same hotel as a Colorado boys hockey team in town for a tournament.

Schardin reportedly met the then-15-year-old boys in a hotel hot tub and told them she and her husband, who was upstairs at the time and reportedly yelled down threatening to end their relationship if she didn't "come upstairs," were having marital problems. The mom reportedly sent a Snapchat message to one of the boys shortly after claiming she and her husband just had a fight and that she wanted to come to the teen's room.

Schardin asked how old they were and acknowledged that they were young enough to be her kids, the Pioneer Press reports. She then allegedly began talking about "sex and stuff" and asked the teens how sexually active they were before getting into bed with the two boys, at which point she began performing sexual acts while a third watched and asked the minors to perform sexual acts on her.

The boys claimed they felt pressured and eventually asked Schardin to leave.

“You already have a 38-year-old woman, a female in your bed, don’t you want to do more,” she said, according to one of the victims in the complaint obtained by the New York Post.

“(Victim 1) described feeling stuck in the moment and did not know how to say no,” the complaint reads. “He said that in his head, his response was ‘not really’ but he responded by saying ‘sure,’ though he ‘wasn’t totally on board with it.’”

Schardin later reportedly showed up to the boys' hockey game and texted them after they returned home to Colorado, according to police.

“(Victim 1) said they all started getting nervous and he was shaking on the bench at one point because he wanted to leave what happened the night before in the past and she was trying to follow them, ‘it was really creepy,'” the complaint stated via the New York Post.

The mother of two was arrested and admitted to kissing and having sexual contact with the boys while speaking with police. She also claimed to have asked the teens for a condom, but "claimed she wasn't going to go through with it," the complaint states.

Another criminal count was dismissed and prosecutors agreed to a maximum sentence of eight months in jail as part of the plea deal. Schardin is scheduled for sentencing on January 10, 2025, according to CBS News.
