A Nova Scotia couple is celebrating the birth of their bulldog's new litter of eight puppies, including a green one.
That's right, Trevor and Audra Mosher said they thought their dog, Freya, was done delivering- only to go back into labor.
The eighth puppy came out in a black sac, who the owners rushed to clean as they thought the puppy was stillborn.
As the Moshers began to dry the puppy up, they noticed the puppy's fur was green!
After doing research, the couple found out that the rare discoloration is believed to occur once light-colored puppies come into contact with the bile while in the womb.
Experts expect the green tint to fade eventually.
